Kim Phillips' PhD dissertation has the working title 'The Commentaries of Abraham Ibn Ezra and David Qimhi on the Book of Isaiah'.

This study examines the exegetical methods of Ibn Ezra and David Qimhi, focusing on the Book of Isaiah. The first part of the study investigates these scholars' approaches to the literary and historical contexts of any given passage. The second half of the study consists of an examination of their commentaries to Isaiah 40-66.
